Wish for what?

S.D. Sycther

An occasion to celebrate and my mind so deliberate;
In my mind, I have an occasion to celebrate.
Where on this earth did you find this mind;
Who talks like a deaf and walks like a blind?
And hope you know what she ought to be thinking and what's on her mind;
Wish for what? Can't there be a day to celebrate;
Can't there be a moment to wake up late and miss the office?
Ok let him guess, John, comes late and faces demotion cause he wants to sleep;
It's not money he comes for here, it's the money he wants to keep.
But he is the one who celebrated forever throughout;
Right from the time, I was the sniper and he was the scout.
Killed I less and missed he many;
But friends we became to the envy of many.
Then retired I together with me and myself;
He sits on the sofa with me on the shelf.
He looks the past when he looks himself;
Wish for what? asks he for some;
Crowded happiness and crowded fun.
Then remind I let's have some more fun;
The day we met first and had our first run.
